Description
It's Justin (the jewel shinigami) from Death Note. He's supposed to be giving Ryuk one of those O.o looks.
I had to make him a little bigger than most of my stuff 'cus these were the smallest beads, gems, and chains I could find. I had a dilemma about how to make a skull look chibi and I could only find 3 references of him (in which his looks differed), so he's probably not too accurate. I also ran out of the smallest gems, so he doesn't have as many on top of his head as I would've liked.
(His one hand isn't really bigger, it just got a little smooshed.) Overall I'm satisfied with it though.
